Mindset

We begin the first month by letting go of the idol of “health”, debunking lies from this world about your body, and rooting your identity in Christ alone.

Nutrition
Next, we spend time covering how God designed our bodies to be fully functional without all the external tools of diet culture. I coach on the principles of intuitive eating and how they align with biblical truths. You learn how to tune into your own hunger and fullness and trust your body again without restriction.

Movement
Finally, we cover joyful movement and how God designed our bodies to be active. I coach on the benefits of cardio, resistance training and different styles of weight lifting. I help you create a personalized fitness plan revolving around your goals and what equipment you have access to.
